Since 2011, Little Bears Day Nursery has gained a solid reputation for taking a balanced approach towards childcare for children of different age groups. Our aim is to provide a safe and stimulating environment for all the children in our care. All our staff members are DBS checked and our nursery is Ofsted registered. Each and every child is special
Little Bears welcomes children from 6 weeks to 5 years old when they are ready to move to primary school. We are open 52 weeks of the year from 8am to 6pm, except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday and statutory Bank Holidays.
We can also provide early starts from 7:30 which is particularly helpful for some parents. If parents need additional, last minute childcare and if we have space, we are happy to book an extra session at a reduced price.
Sessions run daily as follows:
Full days: 8am to 6pm
Includes Breakfast, Morning Snack, Two-course Lunch,
Afternoon Snack, Afternoon Tea.
Morning session: 8am to 1pm
Includes Breakfast, Morning Snack, Two-course Lunch.
Afternoon session: 1pm to 6pm
Includes Afternoon Snack, Afternoon Tea.
Early starts: 7:30am or 7:45am available

Babies
Our well-developed and secure baby unit is solely dedicated to baby care, supervised by our baby bear, Tipo. The baby unit is established in a separate building, supporting babies from a few weeks old until they are ready to move to the main building.
